We have, and will continue, to significantly invest in both the facilities and people within our business so that the level of customer care and service capability that our customers have come to expect and enjoy, remain at the forefront of industry standards.

Our networked branch computer system enables us to handle over 1 million transactions per year, culminating in over 600 deliveries and 3,200 collections per day.

At a typical branch, parking is available on site and stocks are carefully planned in order for you to quickly and easily make your choice. If you are uncertain, help is available. Our trade counter areas display the latest products and fixing techniques and also provide the important opportunity to find out about new developments in our industry.

Getting to you
A fleet of over 100 delivery vehicles, ranging from
3.5 tonne vehicles for the smaller, more urgent requirement, up to 26 tonne HGV vehicles with the latest off-load facility for the larger planned and often more complex delivery to site.
When you need it
Delivery can be made during the working day or, by prior arrangement, outside normal business hours.

A library of product information is available: Coshh sheets, system specifications, fixing techniques and samples, together with details about manufacturer guarantees and product warranties.
After sales service
