Orders are accepted on the basis that the price charged will be that ruling on the date of despatch, unless as stated.

Estimations of dates and times of delivery or of collection are made in good faith, but the Company cannot guarantee compliance therewith. It is regretted that no claim or return of goods without charge, can be accepted in the event that any such arrangements are not fulfilled.

Goods supplied should be examined upon delivery, and any damage or shortage indicated on the receipt given to the carrier. Damaged goods must not be used or disposed of in any way until instructions regarding such materials are issued by the Company.

Materials supplied are at the customer's risk from the time that such materials are collected by the customer or his agent, or are delivered to the customer's premises or to other locations as specified by the customer.

The Company will not accept responsibility in any way except replacement, free of charge, against any claim for goods which are defective in constituents or workmanship. No claim for damages in consequence will be considered.

Legal and equitable title to the goods shall remain vested in the Company until the purchaser has paid the full price thereof and all other sums due to the Company in respect of goods supplied, and until payment the purchaser has possession and use of the goods as bailee for the Company and shall keep the goods identified and stored separately from its own goods or those of any other and shall permit the Company to enter its premises to inspect and collect unpaid-for goods and, as bailee, will hold any proceeds of disposal of the goods on trust for the Company.
